Frances Palmer: From the Garden to the Vase
Join Frances at the Garden Museum in London on September 20, 2022.
In this talk taking place both in person at the Garden Museum and viewable online, Frances will discuss her ceramics, informed by her art history training, as well as the influence of British gardens and gardeners in her design process. These include most notably, Charleston, Cedric Morris, Constance Spry – famous for her Fulham Pottery vase range, and Rousham. She will illustrate the link between the pots and the flowers she grows for them beginning in early spring and on through to the start of winter.
